Nothing here is financial advice.
Trading futures, forex, equities, options, cryptocurrencies, and derivatives carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You can lose more than you deposit. Leverage magnifies losses as well as gains. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
The narrative, levels, calendars, and commentary published on this dashboard reflect the operator's personal market opinion. They are not buy, sell, or hold recommendations. They are not personalised investment advice. They do not account for your financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance.
Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for every trading decision you make. By accessing this dashboard you confirm that you understand the risks, that you are using the service as one input among many, and that you will seek independent regulated financial advice before acting on anything you read here if you need it.
No regulated activity
The Mono Hub is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We do not provide regulated investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage services, or signals as a regulated activity. We do not handle client funds. Nothing on this site constitutes a financial promotion within the meaning of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
Educational content
Where the dashboard or wider The Mono Hub mentorship product describes setups, frameworks, or examples, those are educational illustrations of how the operator approaches markets — not signals to act on.
Terms of use.
By using intel.themonohub.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, stop using the service.
The service
intel.themonohub.com ("the Service") is published by The Mono Hub ("we", "us"). Access is restricted to (a) the operator and (b) active members of an eligible The Mono Hub mentorship product, authenticated via Whop.
Account & access
- Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, lease, or otherwise grant access to your account.
- We may revoke access at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these terms or termination of your mentorship membership.
- You are responsible for keeping your Whop credentials secure.
Content ownership
All narrative, commentary, layout, design, branding, and code on the Service are the intellectual property of The Mono Hub. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view this content for your personal, non-commercial use during your membership. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, mirror, retransmit, screenshot-for-publication, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose. Market data, calendars, and narrative may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. You use the Service at your own risk.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Mono Hub, its operator, and any contributor are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary loss arising from or related to your use of the Service — including, without limitation, trading losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Acceptable use.
While using the Service you agree not to:
- Share your access with another person, post screenshots of paid content publicly, or redistribute the narrative, levels, or commentary in any form.
- Scrape, crawl, mirror, harvest, or otherwise automate the extraction of any content or data from the Service.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, probe, or attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or any other technical protection.
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any third party, including the operator and other members.
- Upload or transmit malicious code, attempt denial-of-service attacks, or interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
- Represent the operator's opinions as your own, as financial advice, or as the opinions of any third party.
- Use the Service in any way that would violate applicable law — including, without limitation, securities, market abuse, anti-money-laundering, sanctions, and data-protection law.
Breach of this section is grounds for immediate termination of access without refund of any associated mentorship fees.

What we collect
- Authentication identifiers — your Whop user ID and the email address associated with your Whop account, returned to us by Whop when you sign in. We do not receive your Whop password.
- Session cookie — a signed HMAC token stored in your browser as
intel_session, identifying your authenticated session. - Short-lived PKCE cookie —
intel_pkce, used solely to complete the Whop OAuth handshake and discarded immediately afterwards. - Server access logs — your IP address, request path, timestamp, and HTTP status as recorded by the web server and the operating system journal.
What we don't collect
We do not run third-party advertising, marketing, or analytics trackers on the Service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with anyone for marketing purposes. We do not profile you. We do not use your data to train AI models.
Legal basis
- Performance of a contract — for authentication and provision of the Service to active members.
- Legitimate interests — for server logs, security monitoring, and abuse prevention. We have considered your privacy interests and concluded the processing is necessary and proportionate.
- Legal obligation — where retention is required by law (e.g. tax records associated with mentorship purchases, held by the upstream Whop platform).
Retention
- Session cookies expire 30 days after issue; deleting them on the device or signing out invalidates them sooner.
- Server access logs are retained for up to 30 days, then rotated.
- Authentication identifiers are retained for the duration of your active membership, plus the period required for legitimate account-recovery and dispute-resolution purposes (typically up to 12 months).
Recipients & transfers
We use the following processors and infrastructure providers; each processes data only on documented instructions and under appropriate safeguards:
- Whop — identity and membership verification (United States).
- DigitalOcean — application hosting (London, UK).
- Anthropic — language-model inference for narrative synthesis; receives event headlines from public sources, not your personal data.
- Google (Workspace) — email infrastructure for
contact@themonohub.com; receives any message you send to that address (United States; UK GDPR adequacy decision).
Where data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, it is protected by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy determination.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, request correction or deletion, object to or restrict processing, and request portability of the data you have provided. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@themonohub.com. We will respond within one calendar month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.
Source materials & intellectual property.
The narrative, regime read, theme commentary, and live focus on this dashboard are the operator's own synthesis. They are produced from publicly observable information — economic releases, central-bank communications, public statements, market price action — combined with the operator's own framework and judgement.
We do not reproduce, mirror, or republish third-party headlines, articles, or proprietary commentary on this Service. Where third-party events or facts are referenced, only the underlying facts are used; the specific wording, framing, or compilation of any third-party source is not.
All original content on the Service — text, layout, branding, code, and visual design — is owned by The Mono Hub. Trademarks, logos, and brand names mentioned in passing belong to their respective owners and are used only nominatively to describe market events (for example, naming the issuer of an economic release). No endorsement, partnership, or affiliation is claimed or implied.
If you are a rights-holder and believe content on this Service infringes your rights, please contact us at contact@themonohub.com with a description of the material and your basis for the claim. We will review and respond promptly.
